The Jump For Fun team team will bring everything required to have your inflatable ready for your event. We require an area big enough for your rental that is free of any objects or debris.

We also require electrical outlets no more than 100 feet from the rental area and a water source if you are renting on of our water inflatables.

Yes. A copy of our rental waiver can be found in our downloads section. All customers are required to sign the waiver prior to rental date. 

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded with the exception of the deposit. 

Weather Cancellations:

We will issue a full refund or rebooking option in the event of a 65% chance of rain or severe weather conditions.

In the event of 45-65% chance of rain, a full refund or rebook will be issued with 24 hours notice of cancellation. We will happily rebook your event if you cancel the day of your event due to rain.

If the chance of rain or severe weather is less than 45%, we will not refund unless it is raining at the time of set up, at which point a refund would be issued.

If wind speeds of 15 km/h or more is expected, we will cancel the booking and offer a refund or rebooking. If wind gusts or 25km/h or more are active, we will issue a refund of a rebook.

We suggest booking your event at least a week in advance but suggest as early as you can to avoid missing out on the inflatable you want! 

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected to ensure our inflatables remain top-notch for each customer. 

We deliver FREE OF CHARGE to Saint John, Rothesay, Quispamsis, and Hampton, New Brunswick.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, charity events, corporate events, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use.

However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination.

When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Yes, our team of professionals will deliver your rental and set it up for you. Note that we do not provide an attendant for residential rentals. Delivery (within Saint John/Rothesay/Quispamsis/Hampton) is included in all our rental costs. If you are outside this zone, please reach out for additional information.

Yes, we are registered with the Province of New Brunswick and fully insured. A certificate of insurance can be presented if requested.
